Cable bill went up $22 a month, “standard price increase” per the phone rep

Opened this month’s bill expecting the usual robbery, got an upgraded version of it instead. Called to ask why. Rep couldn’t explain it — just kept saying “rates change periodically.” Same channels. Same package. Same everything, except $22 more a month for the privilege of watching the same 200 channels I don’t watch.
